摘要:
目的 研究趣味视频示范联合抚触护理干预对肺炎患儿呼吸循环状况及康复进程的影响。方法 选取2018年12月-2021年12月崇义县人民医院收治的60例肺炎患儿，经随机数字表法分为对照组（30例）与观察组（30例），两组均给予常规基础护理，对照组加用抚触护理干预，观察组则采用趣味视频示范联合抚触护理干预。比较两组患儿配合度、呼吸循环状况[血氧饱和度（SaO2）、血氧分压（PaO2）、血二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）]、康复进程（气促消失时间、止咳时间、湿啰音消失时间、住院时间）及家长满意度。结果 观察组患儿配合优良率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组护理后SaO2、PaO2高于护理前，PaCO2低于护理前，且观察组SaO2、PaO2高于对照组，PaCO2低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组气促消失时间、止咳时间、湿啰音消失时间、住院时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组家长满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 趣味视频示范联合抚触护理干预可提高肺炎患儿的配合度，改善其呼吸循环状况，加快康复进程，提高家长满意度
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of fun video demonstration combined with touch nursing intervention on respiratory and circulatory status and rehabilitation process of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 children with pneumonia admitted to Chongyi County People’s Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group (30 children) and observation group (30 children) by random number table method. Both groups were given routine basic nursing. The control group was treated with touch nursing intervention, while the observation group was treated with fun video demonstration combined with touch nursing intervention. The cooperation degree, respiratory and circulatory status [blood oxygen saturation (SaO2), blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO2), blood carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2)], rehabilitation process (disappearance time of shortness of breath, cough relief time, disappearance time of moist rales, hospitalization time) and parents’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of cooperation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, SaO2 and PaO2 in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, PaCO2 was lower than that before nursing, and SaO2 and PaO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of shortness of breath, cough relief time, disappearance time of wet rales and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Fun video demonstration combined with touch nursing intervention can improve the cooperation degree of children with pneumonia, improve their respiratory and circulatory status, accelerate the rehabilitation process, and improve parents’ satisfaction.
