摘要:
目的 研究白带常规与干化学法快速检测对阴道感染的诊断意义。方法 选取2022年3月-2023年3月在我院就诊的80例妇科患者为研究对象,均经白带常规与干化学法快速检测,比较不同检测方法对阴道分泌物清洁度的检测结果、鉴别诊断阴道感染类型结果、pH检测结果以及对念珠菌性、乳酸杆菌、滴虫性阴道炎检测准确性。结果 白带常规检测阴道分泌物清洁度Ⅰ/Ⅱ级、Ⅲ/Ⅳ级检出率与干化学法快速检测比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);白带常规检测AV检出率低于干化学法快速检测(P<0.05),BV、混合感染检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);白带常规检测pH>4.5检出率大于干化学法快速检测(P<0.05);干化法快速检测对念珠菌性、乳酸杆菌、滴虫性阴道炎检测准确性与白带常规比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 白带常规与干化学法快速检测对常见阴道炎准确性、阴道分泌物清洁度检测结果基本一致,但在鉴别诊断阴道感染类型和pH方面存在差异。虽然干化学法快速检测操作简便,但是不能完全替代白带常规进行检测。临床可以将两种检测方式联合使用,相辅相成,以为阴道感染诊治提供更可靠的参考依据。
Abstract:
Objective To study the diagnostic significance of leucorrhea routine and rapid detection of dry chemical methods for vaginal infection.Methods A total of 80 gynecological patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. All of them were rapidly detected by leucorrhea routine and dry chemical methods. The results of different detection methods on the cleanliness of vaginal secretions, the results of differential diagnosis of vaginal infection types, the results of pH detection and the accuracy of detection of candida, lactobacillus and trichomonal vaginitis were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the detection rate of vaginal secretion cleanliness grade Ⅰ/Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ/Ⅳ between leucorrhea routine detection and rapid detection of dry chemical method (P>0.05). The detection rate of AV by leucorrhea routine detection was lower than that by rapid detection of dry chemical method (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the detection rate of BV and mixed infection (P>0.05). The detection rate of pH>4.5 in leucorrhea routine detection was higher than that of rapid detection of dry chemical method (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the accuracy of rapid detection of candida, lactobacillus and trichomonal vaginitis between rapid detection of dry chemical method and leucorrhea routine detection (P>0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of leucorrhea routine and rapid detection of dry chemical method for common vaginitis and the cleanliness of vaginal secretions are basically the same, but there are differences in the differential diagnosis of vaginal infection types and pH. Although the dry chemical method is simple to operate, it cannot completely replace the leucorrhea routine detection. Clinically, the two detection methods can be used in combination to complement each other, so as to provide a more reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of vaginal infection.
