摘要:
目的 探究尿常规干化学法联合尿沉渣镜检对尿白细胞(LEU)、红细胞(RBC)及尿蛋白(PRO)的检验价值。方法 以2019年7月-2022年7月佳木斯市中心医院行尿常规检测的90例受检者为研究对象,收集其尿液样本,给予尿干化学法检验、尿沉渣镜检及联合检验,比较尿干化学法检验与联合检验的LEU、RBC、PRO检验结果,并对其检验符合率、敏感度、特异度、准确度进行分析。结果 尿干化学法与联合检验的LEU、RBC、PRO检验结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检验的检验结果符合率高于尿干化学法检验(P<0.05);联合检验对LEU、RBC、PRO的检验敏感度、特异度、准确度高于单一尿干化学法检验(P<0.05)。结论 尿常规干化学法联合尿沉渣镜检可提高LEU、RBC、PRO的检验准确性,且检验敏感度与特异度均较为理想。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of urine routine dry chemical method combined with urine sediment microscopy in the detection of urine leukocytes (LEU), red blood cells (RBC) and urine protein (PRO).Methods A total of 90 subjects who underwent routine urine tests in Jiamusi Central Hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects. Their urine samples were collected and given urine dry chemical test, urine sediment microscopy and combined test. The LEU, RBC and PRO test results of urine dry chemical test and combined test were compared, and the coincidence rate, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the test were analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in LEU, RBC and PRO test results between urine dry chemical method and combined test (P<0.05). The coincidence rate of the test results of the combined test was higher than that of the urine dry chemical test (P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined test for LEU, RBC and PRO were higher than those of single urine dry chemical test (P<0.05).Conclusion Urine routine dry chemical method combined with urine sediment microscopy can improve the accuracy of LEU, RBC and PRO, and the sensitivity and specificity of the test are ideal.
