摘要:
目的 观察戊酸雌二醇及黄体酮联合定坤丹治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法 选择2020年1月-2022年12月于宜春市袁州区妇幼保健院治疗的60例功能失调性子宫出血患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。对照组采用黄体酮软胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗，研究组在对照组基础上采用定坤丹治疗。比较两组临床疗效、出血控制情况（出血控制时间、完全止血时间）、激素水平[雌二醇（E2）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、孕酮（P）、黄体生成素（LH）]、不良反应（潮热、多汗、少腹部不适）发生率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的73.33%（P＜0.05）。研究组出血控制时间、完全止血时间均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组治疗后P、FSH、LH水平均低于对照组，E2水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率为3.33%，低于对照组的26.67%（P＜0.05）。结论 戊酸雌二醇及黄体酮联合定坤丹治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果确切，能够缩短临床止血时间，调节激素水平，且安全性较高，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of estradiol valerate and progesterone combined with Dingkundan in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods From January 2020 to December 2022, 60 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were treated in Yuanzhou District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were chosen as the research objects. The random number table method was used to split them into control group and study group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with progesterone soft capsule combined with estradiol valerate tablets, and the study group was treated with Dingkundan on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, bleeding control (bleeding control time, complete hemostasis time), hormone levels [estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), progesterone (P), luteinizing hormone (LH)], and incidence of adverse reactions (hot flashes, hyperhidrosis, less abdominal discomfort) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% in the control group (P<0.05). The bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the study group had lower levels of P, FSH, LH and higher level of E2 than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.33%, which was lower than 26.67% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Estradiol valerate and progesterone combined with Dingkundan have a definite clinical effect in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, which can shorten the clinical hemostasis time, regulate hormone levels, and has high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
