摘要:
目的 探讨中医艾灸疗法联合黄体酮对无排卵型异常子宫出血患者血清FSH、P、LH水平的影响。方法 抽取2021年4月-2024年2月黎川县中医医院收治的68例无排卵型异常子宫出血患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，每组34例。对照组应用黄体酮治疗，研究组在对照组基础上应用中医艾灸疗法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、性激素水平[雌二醇（E2）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、孕酮（P）、黄体生成素（LH）]、出血控制情况（出血控制时间、完全止血时间）、不良反应（头痛、头晕、胃肠道反应）发生率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组性激素水平均低于治疗前，且研究组性激素水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组出血控制时间、完全止血时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 中医艾灸疗法联合黄体酮治疗无排卵型异常子宫出血患者的临床疗效确切，能够改善患者性激素水平，减短出血控制时间以及完全止血时间，且安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion combined with progesterone on serum FSH, P and LH levels in patients with anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 68 patients with anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to Lichuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 34 patients in each group. The control group was treated with progesterone, and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion therapy on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, sex hormone levels [estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), progesterone (P), luteinizing hormone (LH)], bleeding control (bleeding control time, complete hemostasis time), and incidence of adverse reactions (headache, dizziness, gastrointestinal reaction) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of sex hormones in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of sex hormones in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion therapy combined with progesterone in the treatment of patients with anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding is definite. It can improve the sex hormone level of patients, shorten the bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time, and has high safety.
