摘要:
目的 研究延续阶梯式饮食护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中的应用价值。方法 以2020年1月-2023年5月湖口县人民医院行LC治疗的66例患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组(33例)和观察组(33例),对照组行常规饮食护理,观察组在其基础上应用延续阶梯式饮食护理,比较两组术后胃肠道功能[胃肠道症状评估量表(GSRS)]、饮食依从性、生活质量[世界卫生组织生活质量测定表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)、胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)]、护理满意度。结果 两组干预后GSRS评分(腹痛、消化不良、腹泻、反流、便秘)低于干预前,且观察组GSRS评分(腹痛、消化不良、腹泻、反流、便秘)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组饮食依从优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后WHOQOL-BREF、GIQLI评分高于干预前,且观察组WHOQOL-BREF、GIQLI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 延续阶梯式饮食护理可有效改善LC患者的术后胃肠道功能,提高其饮食依从性,有利于患者生活质量及护理满意度的提升。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application value of continuous stepwise diet nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods A total of 66 patients who underwent LC in Hukou County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (33 patients) and observation group (33 patients) by random number table method. The control group received routine diet nursing, and the observation group applied continuous stepwise diet nursing on the basis of the control group. The postoperative gastrointestinal function [Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS)], diet compliance, quality of life [World Health Organization quality of life measurement table (WHOQOL-BREF), gastrointestinal quality of life index (GIQLI)] and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The GSRS scores (abdominal pain, dyspepsia, diarrhea, reflux, constipation) of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the GSRS scores (abdominal pain, dyspepsia, diarrhea, reflux, constipation) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of dietary compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of WHOQOL-BREF and GIQLI in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of WHOQOL-BREF and GIQLI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous stepwise diet nursing can effectively improve the postoperative gastrointestinal function of LC patients, improve their diet compliance, and is conducive to the improvement of patients’ quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
