摘要:
目的 探讨综合护理干预对血液滤过患者并发症、生活质量及心理健康的影响。方法 通过随机数字表法，将选取2022年3月-2023年9月上高县人民医院收治的66例血液滤过患者分为两组（对照组和观察组），每组33例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用综合护理。比较两组并发症（皮肤瘙痒、低钾血症、水肿）发生情况、生活质量（生理、心理、社会、环境）、心理健康评分（躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、其他）、护理满意度。结果 与对照组并发症发生率的30.30%，观察组并发症发生率更低，占比为6.06%（P＜0.05）；与对照组护理后生活质量及心理健康评分比较，观察组护理后生活质量各个维度评分及心理健康各个维度评分均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；与对照组护理满意度的75.76%比较，观察组护理满意度更高，占比为96.97%（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理干预可提高血液滤过患者生活质量和满意度，改善患者心理健康状况，降低并发症发生率，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on complications, quality of life and mental health of patients with hemofiltration. Methods By using the random number table method, 66 patients with hemofiltration admitted to Shanggao County People’s Hospital from March 2022 to September 2023 were divided into two groups (control group and observation group), 33 patients per group. In the control group, patients were given routine nursing, while in the observation group, patients were given comprehensive nursing. The incidence of complications (skin itching, hypokalemia, edema), quality of life (physical, psychological, social, environmental), mental health scores (somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia, psychosis, other) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with 30.30% of the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower, accounting for 6.06% (P<0.05). Compared with the scores of quality of life and mental health in the control group, the scores of quality of life and mental health in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with 75.76% of the nursing satisfaction of the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher, accounting for 96.97% (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with hemofiltration, improve the mental health of patients, and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
