摘要:
目的 运用层次分析法确定处方点评中各级评价指标权重系数，实现处方点评的科学化、规范化。方法 利用层次分析法建立层次结构模型，构造判断矩阵，计算指标权重并检验其逻辑一致性。结果 临床科室年度处方点评评价指标体系由不规范处方、用药不适宜处方、超常处方3个方面构成，包含二级指标分别有4项、4项和3项，一级指标中所占权重最大的是不规范处方（0.4546），最小的是超常处方（0.0910）。在组合权重中权重最大的是无中医诊断和证型（0.2660），最小的是超金额（0.0111）。综合评分中最高的是心理三科（85.32分），最低的是中医科（47.40分）。结论 基于层次分析法设计的公立医院处方点评指标有较好的可行性，有助于促进医院中药处方点评的规范管理。
Abstract:
Objective To determine the weight coefficient of evaluation indexes at all levels in prescription review by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), so as to realize the scientific and standardized prescription review. Methods Using the AHP to establish a hierarchical structure model, construct judgment matrices, calculate indicator weights, and verify their logical consistency. Results The evaluation index system of annual prescription evaluation in clinical departments consisted of three aspects: non-standard prescription, inappropriate prescription and excessive prescription, there were four, four and three items in secondary indicators respectively. Among the first-level indicators, non-standard prescription (0.4546) had the largest weight, and excessive prescription (0.0910) had the smallest weight. Among the combined weights, no traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and syndrome type had the highest weight (0.2660), followed by the excess amount (0.0111) had the smallest weight. The highest comprehensive score was in the Third Department of Psychology (85.32 scores), and the lowest was in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine (47.40 scores). Conclusion The prescription evaluation criteria designed based on the analytic hierarchy process show good feasibility in public hospitals, contributing to the standardized management of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in hospitals.
