摘要:
目的 观察小儿益智安神推拿联合语言认知训练治疗语言发育迟缓儿童的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年7月-2023年5月在柳州市妇幼保健院就诊的语言发育迟缓儿童70例，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，各35例。对照组35例采用语言认知训练，治疗组35例在语言认知训练的基础上联合予小儿益智安神推拿。比较两组儿童的临床疗效及Gesell发育诊断量表评分。结果 治疗组总有效率为94.29%，高于对照组的88.57%（P＜0.05）；两组儿童治疗后的Gesell量表评分均较治疗前提升，且治疗组治疗后语言能区及个人-社交能区的评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿益智安神推拿联合语言认知训练治疗语言发育迟缓儿童疗效确切，能促进儿童语言能力发育，提高社交沟通能力。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiao′er Yizhi Anshen Tuina combined with language cognitive training for children with delayed language development. Methods A total of 70 children with delayed language development who were treated in Liuzhou Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from July 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method, with 35 children in each group. 35 children in the control group were treated with language cognitive training, and 35 children in the treatment group were treated with Xiao′er Yizhi Anshen Tuina on the basis of language cognitive training. The clinical efficacy and Gesell developmental diagnostic scale scores of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%, which was higher than 88.57% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of Gesell scale in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the scores of language energy area and personal-social energy area in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiao′er Yizhi Anshen Tuina combined with language cognitive training is effective in the treatment of children with delayed language development, which can promote the development of children′s language ability and improve their social communication ability.
