摘要:
目的 分析我国家庭医生签约服务研究现状、热点及演化趋势，为将来研究提供借鉴。方法 以中国知网（CNKI）为核心数据来源，选取2009年1月-2025年9月我国家庭医生签约服务领域的1539篇中文文献作为研究样本，基于CiteSpace文献计量学方法，对年发文量、作者合作网络、研究机构分布及关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 我国家庭医生签约服务相关研究的年发文量呈持续下降趋势。核心作者共61名，占作者总数的21.40%，作者间合作较为松散，仅形成以黄蛟灵、王朝昕、张宜民等为核心的较大规模作者群。研究机构以医学院校为主，整体合作网络薄弱，且地域分布高度集中于上海、北京、山东和南京。文献关键词集中于影响因素、全科医生、糖尿病、高血压、健康管理、家庭医生、签约服务及对策等方面。突现词分析进一步表明，“绩效改革”与“功能社区”等已成为近年来的研究热点。结论 我国家庭医生签约服务研究热度趋于下降，研究作者和机构较为单一，缺乏合作，内容多集中于实施现状与影响因素，缺乏深度与跨学科融合；未来应加强协同创新，拓展研究广度，以支撑家庭医生签约服务高质量发展目标的实现。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the research status, hotspots and evolution trends of family doctor contract service in China, and to provide reference for future research. Methods Taking China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) as the core data source, 1539 Chinese literatures in the field of family doctor contract service in China from January 2009 to September 2025 were selected as the research samples. Based on the CiteSpace bibliometric method, the annual publication volume, author cooperation network, research institution distribution and keywords were visually analyzed. Results The annual number of literatures on family doctor contract service in China showed a continuous downward trend. There were 61 core authors, accounting for 21.40% of the total number of authors. The cooperation among authors was relatively loose, and only a large-scale author group with HUANG Jiaoling, WANG Chaoxin and ZHANG Yimin as the core was formed. The research institutions were mainly medical colleges, the overall cooperation network was weak, and the geographical distribution was highly concentrated in Shanghai, Beijing, Shandong and Nanjing. The keywords of the literature focused on influencing factors, general practitioners, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, health management, family doctors, contracted services and countermeasures. The analysis of emergent words further showed that "performance reform" and "functional community" had become research hotspots in recent years. Conclusion The research heat of family doctor contract service in China tends to decline. The research authors and institutions are relatively single and lack cooperation. The content is mostly focused on the implementation status and influencing factors, and lacks in-depth and interdisciplinary integration. In the future, collaborative innovation should be strengthened and the breadth of research should be expanded to support the realization of the goal of high-quality development of family doctor contract services.
