摘要:
目的 揭示心脏再同步治疗心力衰竭的研究热点、发展趋势,国家、机构、期刊分布和高产作者。方法 利用文献计量分析工具Incite与Hiscite、EXCEL等进行相关数据的分析。数据来源于Web of science 核心合集。结果 时间趋势符合科学文献发展的曲线规律;发表文献量排在前20位的期刊主要为有关起搏器及心血管专业杂志;发文数量排在前四位的机构为莱顿大学、哈佛大学、匹茨堡大学、杜克大学;被基金资助最多的基金项目排在前五位的依次为美敦力、圣犹达公司、波士顿科学公司、Biotronic 公司、美国国立卫生研究院;发文量排在前两位的作者是Bax, Jeroen与Schalij, Martin J;高被引文献重要节点的文献有3篇,目前研究前沿及热点包括MADIT-CRT与CRT的荟萃分析及指南。结论 研究人员可以根据分析结果把握当前研究前沿进行深入的研究,有目的的申请科研基金的资助,寻找恰当的合作伙伴与深造的学术机构,选择合适的期刊投稿。
Abstract:
Objective To reveal the research hotspots, development trends of heart resynchronization therapy for heart failure,national,institutional,journal distribution and high-yield authors.Methods The literature analysis tool Incite was used to analyze related data with Hiscite and EXCEL.The data comes from the core collection of Web of science.Results The trend of time is in line with the curve of the development of scientific literature;the top 20 journals published in the journal are mainly related to pacemakers and cardiovascular professional journals;the top four organizations in the number of publications are Leiden University,Harvard University,and The University of Zumburg and Duke University;the top five fund projects funded by the fund are Medtronic,St.Jude,Boston Scientific,Biotronic,and the National Institutes of Health;The top two authors are Bax,Jeroen and Schalij,Martin J;there are three papers on the important nodes of the highly cited literature.The current research frontiers and hotspots include meta-analysis and guidelines for MADIT-CRT and CRT.Conclusion Researchers can conduct in-depth research based on the analysis results,and apply for funding from research funds,find appropriate partners and advanced academic institutions,and select appropriate journal submissions.
