摘要:
脊柱结核是最常见的肺外结核，约占骨关节结核的50%遥近年来随着全球范围内结核发病率的上升，脊柱结核的发病人 数也在逐年增加遥随着对脊柱结核认识的不断深入以及外科技术的不断提高，近年来脊柱结核的治疗发展迅速，尤其是外科治 疗取得很大进步遥目前，在规范抗结核药物治疗的前提下，手术治疗脊柱结核取得了良好的效果遥
Abstract:
Abstract：Spinal tuberculosis is the most common extrapulmonary tuberculosis,accounting for about 50% of bone and joint tuberculosis.In recent years,the incidence of tuberculosis has increased worldwide.The incidence of spinal tuberculosis is also increasing year by year.With the deepening of understanding of spinal tuberculosis and the continuous improvement of surgical techniques,the treatment of spinal tuberculosis has developed rapidly in recent years.In particular,surgical treatment has made great progress.At present,surgical treatment of spinal tuberculosis has achieved good treatment effect under the premise of standardizing antituberculous drug therapy.
