摘要:
目的 探讨普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗眼科术后干眼症的临床疗效。方法 选取我院从2016年3月~2017年8月收治的86例眼科术后干眼症患者为研究对象，数字随机分为实验组42例与对照组44例，对照组以玻璃酸钠治疗，实验组以玻璃酸钠联合普拉洛芬治疗，比较两组泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂试验及临床疗效。结果 治疗后实验组Schirmer试验（8.93±1.65）min及BUT（11.49±2.81）min，高于对照组（6.72±1.71）min、（9.21±2.48）min，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组有效率95.23%，高于对照组77.27%，实验组治愈率42.86%，高于对照组25.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗眼科术后干眼症疗效佳，可作为眼科术后干眼症的常规治疗。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of xerophthalmia after ophthalmology.Methods 86 patients with ophthalmia after xerophthalmia from March 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital were selected as study subjects,the numbers were randomly divided into 42 cases in the experimental group and 44 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate,and the experimental group was treated with sodium hyaluronate and pranoprofen.The tear secretion test,tear film rupture test and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,Schirmer test(8.93±1.65)min and BUT(11.49±2.81)min were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(6.72±1.71)min,(9.21±2.48)min,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 95.23%,which was higher than the control group of 77.27%.The cure rate of the experimental group was 42.86%,which was higher than that of the control group 25.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of xerophthalmia after ophthalmology is good,and it can be used as a routine treatment for xerophthalmia after ophthalmology.
