摘要:
目的 研究问题式教学法在急诊医学教学中的应用价值。方法 将2017年1月~12月在我科实习的安徽医科大学临床医学五年制本科学生90人随机分为实验组和对照组各45人,其中实验组应用问题式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,对同样内容进行教学后,分别采用出科考试及问卷调查的方法对两组的教学效果进行评价。结果 实验组学生出科成绩优良率为95.55%,对照组优良率为93.33%,两组学生出科成绩优良率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组学生在提高学习主动性、学习热情以及教学互动上高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将问题式教学法应用于急诊医学教学中教学可以增加教学活动,调动学生的主动性和积极性,具有一定的应用价值。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To study the application value of problem-based learning in emergency medicine teaching.Methods From January to December 2017,90 students of five-year undergraduate clinical medicine in Anhui Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,there were 45 students in each group;Among them,the experimental group applied the problem-based learning,and the control group used the traditional teaching method.After teaching the same content,the teaching results of the two groups were evaluated by the method of the examination and the questionnaire.Results The excellent rate of the students in the experimental group was 95.55%,and the excellent rate in the control group was 93.33%,there was no significant difference in the excellent rate of the scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The experimental group was higher than the control group in improving learning initiative,learning enthusiasm and teaching interaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the problem-based teaching method to the teaching of emergency medicine can increase the teaching activities and motivate the students' initiative and enthusiasm.It has certain application value.
