摘要:
目的 探讨肝胆外科手术后患者疼痛的护理效果。方法 将本院自2015年1月~2016年12月接收肝胆外科164例手术患者, 数字随机分为干预组和对照组，各82例。对照组患者实施常规护理，而干预组患者实施个性化护理,分析对比两组患者术后疼痛缓解情况。结果 干预组患者术后疼痛缓解率97.56%，高于对照组86.59%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 个性化护理在缓解肝胆外科术后疼痛程度效果明显，改善患者术后恢复。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the nursing effect of pain after hepatobiliary surgery.Methods 164 patients underwent hepatobiliary surgery from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into intervention group(n=82)and control group(n=82).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the intervention group were given individualized nursing, and the pain relief after operation was analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The relief rate of postoperative pain in the intervention group was 97.56%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 86.59%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing is effective in relieving pain after hepatobiliary surgery and improving postoperative recovery.
