摘要:
创伤骨折手术后常常存在隐形失血，其可能导致围手术期患者贫血、感染、死亡风险增加。隐性失血的隐蔽性，在临床工作中往往被临床医务人员忽视，因此，认识隐性失血的重要性，采取有效措施防治隐性出血对机体所致的负面影响，将有助于患者快速康复。为此，本文就隐性失血的研究历史及定量计算方式、发生机制、影响因素、危害及防治措施等方面加以综述。
Abstract:
Abstract：Recessive hemorrhagic loss often occurs after traumatic fracture surgery,which may increase the risk of anemia,infection and death in perioperative patients.The concealment of recessive hemorrhagic loss is often neglected by clinical medical staff in clinical work.Therefore,it is important to recognize the importance of recessive hemorrhagic loss and take effective measures to prevent the negative effects caused by recessive bleeding to the body,which will help patients to recover quickly.This article reviews the history of recessive hemorrhagic loss and its quantitative calculation,occurrence mechanism,influencing factors,hazards and prevention measures.
