摘要:
目的 探讨在临床护理上运用激励理论对精神分裂症患者进行护理干预后的影响。方法 选择2016年7月~2017年6月在本院住院治疗的 80例精神分裂症患者，按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，各40例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组在接受常规护理过程中应用激励理论进行护理干预。6个月后分别用住院患者观察量表、住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表、简易应对方式问卷对两组患者进行评分对比。结果 干预后的实验组住院患者观察量表、住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表、简易应对方式问卷得分均优于对照组，差异有统计意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在护理过程中应用激励理论能有效纠正精神分裂症患者不良住院习惯，提高社会功能，改善心理问题和应对方式问题，促进康复。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of using motivation theory on nursing care intervention in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group applied the motivation theory for nursing intervention during the routine nursing.After 6 months,the nurses compared the scores of the inpatients'observation scales,the inpatient psychiatric patients'social function assessment scales,and the simple coping style questionnaires.Results After the intervention,the inpatient observation scale,the social function assessment scale of inpatient psychiatric patients,and the simple coping style questionnaire scores of the experimental group were superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of motivation theory in the nursing process can effectively correct the poor hospitalization habits of schizophrenia patients,improve social function,improve psychological problems and coping styles,and promote rehabilitation.
