摘要:
目的 研究生活技能训练对精神分裂症缓解期患者的康复治疗效果。 方法 选取2015年6月~2016年8月确诊的93例精神分裂症缓解期患者，随机数字法分为对照组44例和研究组49例。对照组维持药物治疗，研究组在药物治疗基础上加以8周的生活技能训练。两组患者在入组时、训练结束2周时和训练结束24周时接受PANSS和ADL评估。 结果 干预后ADL量表评分研究组结束训练2周（27.29±6.94）分，结束训练24周（28.08±7.31）分低于对照组（30.86±6.36）分，（31.02±5.96）分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 生活技能训练可改善精神分裂症缓解期患者的生活自理能力。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of life skills training on rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia in remission period. Methods 93 patients with schizophrenia who were diagnosed from June 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n = 44) and study group (n = 49). The control group to maintain drug treatment, the study group on the basis of medical treatment to be 8 weeks of life skills training. Two groups of patients underwent PANSS and ADL evaluations at entry, 2 weeks after training, and 24 weeks after training. Results After intervention, the score of ADL in the study group was 2 weeks (27.29 ± 6.94),The score of end training for 24 weeks (28.08 ± 7.31) was lower than that of control group (30.86 ± 6.36), (31.02 ± 5.96), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Life skills training can improve the self-care ability of patients in schizophrenia remission.
