摘要:
为加强医院用药安全，保障医疗质量和医疗安全，建设医院药师审方平台，实现药师实时审查医生处方管理流程，经过临床药师多重检查及专业干预，提前发现不合理用药问题，从源头降低不合理用药发生率，减少医患矛盾。
Abstract:
In order to strengthen the safety of hospital medication,ensure medical quality and medical safety,build a hospital pharmacist’s trial platform,realize the pharmacist’s real-time review of the doctor’s prescription management process,and through the multiple examinations and professional interventions of clinical pharmacists,find the problem of irrational drug use in advance,and reduce the irrationality from the source.The incidence of medication reduces the contradiction between doctors and patients.
