摘要:
目的 观察吞咽治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床效果。方法 抽取2017年7月~2018年7月在我院接受治疗的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者50例，随机分为实验组与对照组，各25例，对照组患者采用吞咽功能康复锻炼，实验组在此基础上加用吞咽治疗仪，观察两组患者吞咽功能评分、临床疗效。结果 实验组吞咽功能评分优于对照组[（2.67±0.66)分vs（5.94±1.37）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组临床疗效优于对照组（92.00% vs 60.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 吞咽治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍可有效改善患者吞咽功能，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effect of swallowing therapy apparatus in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke. Methods 50 patients with dysphagia after stroke from July 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with swallowing function rehabilitation. Based on this, a swallowing therapy device was added to observe the swallowing function score and clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The swallowing function score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group [(2.67±0.66) points vs(5.94±1.37), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (92.00% vs.60. 00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Swallowing therapy device can effectively improve the swallowing function and improve the clinical efficacy of dysphagia after stroke.
