摘要:
目的 了解医院呼吸科下呼吸道感染的病原菌分布及耐药性情况。方法 收集呼吸科下呼吸道感染住院患者的痰标本,进行统计分析。结果 检测出革兰阴性菌占78.25%,前四位为肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌;真菌占13.49%,以白色念珠菌为主。革兰阳性菌占8.26%,以金黄色葡萄球菌为主;药敏试验显示,革兰阴性菌中,妥布霉素耐药率最低,其次是阿米卡星。结论 呼吸科细菌耐药现象严重,加强病原菌耐药性监测,合理使用抗菌药物。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in lower respiratory tract infections in hospital respiratory departments. Methods The sputum specimens of hospitalized patients with lower respiratory tract infection in respiratory department were collected for statistical analysis. Results Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 78.25%. The first four were Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii and Escherichia coli. The fungus accounted for 13.49%, mainly Candida albicans. Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 8.26%, mainly Staphylococcus aureus; drug sensitivity test showed that the highest resistance rate of tobramycin in Gram-negative bacteria, followed by amikacin. Conclusion The resistance of bacteria in respiratory department is serious, strengthen the monitoring of drug resistance of pathogens, and rational use of antibiotics.
