摘要:
尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐比值是目前临床常用于早期发现糖尿病、高血压对肾脏损害情况的诊断指标,亦能客观呈现出机体肾脏损害状况的发展迹象。近些年,国内外研究在其危险因素、评估多系统疾病、提高准确性、治疗等方面有了新的进展,为我们进一步认识和使用提供了新思路。
Abstract:
Abstract:Urine microalbumin/urine creatinine ratio is currently used clinically for the early detection of diabetes,hypertension diagnosis of kidney damage,can also objectively show signs of development of the body's kidney damage.In recent years,research at home and abroad has made new progresses in its risk factors,assessment of multi-system diseases,improvement of accuracy,and treatment,providing new ideas for our further understanding and use.
