摘要:
目的 了解精细化护理干预措施对老年2型糖尿病患者参与自我管理的影响。方法 选取我科收治的老年2型糖尿病患者78例，随机分成观察组和对照组，各39例。观察组采取精细化护理，对照组采取常规护理，比较两组出院时、出院1个月自我管理能力以及出院前1 d血糖比较。结果 观察组患者在出院时和出院1个月自我管理能力均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组出院前1 d血糖情况均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 精细化护理干预对老年糖尿病患者参与自我管理有积极作用，提高患者的服药依从性、运动依从性、饮食依从性，延缓病情进展。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of meticulous nursing intervention on self-management of elderly type 2 diabetic patients.Methods 78 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.The observation group was given fine nursing and the control group was given routine nursing.The self-management ability of the two groups at discharge,1 month after discharge,and the 1 d blood glucose before discharge were compared.Results The self-management ability of the observation group was better than that of the control group at discharge and 1 month after discharge, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose level of the observation group before discharge 1 d was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Meticulous nursing intervention has a positive effect on the elderly diabetic patients to participate in self-management,improve the patients' compliance to take medicine,exercise compliance,diet compliance,delay the progress of the disease.
