摘要:
目的 探讨甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2018年10月~2019年10月收治的124例患者，随机分为观察组（n=62）和对照组（n=62）。对照组采用诺和灵30R治疗，观察组采用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗。比较两组临床疗效、空腹血糖（FPG）、2h餐后血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）等血糖指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床有效率为96.77%，高于对照组的82.26%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组血糖指标FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率11.29%，低于对照组的27.42%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病临床疗效显著，可有效控制机体血糖水平，减少机体糖化血红蛋白含量，充分发挥胰岛素功能，不良反应少，安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes.Methods 124 patients admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=62) and control group (n=62). The control group was treated with Novoline 30R, and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide. The clinical efficacy, fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and other blood glucose indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%, which was higher than 82.26% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the blood glucose indicators FPG,2hPG,and HbA1c levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.29%,which was lower than 27.42% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with repaglinide has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes.It can effectively control the body’s blood glucose level, reduce the body’s glycosylated hemoglobin content, and fully exert insulin function, with few adverse reactions and high safety.
