摘要:
目的 应用文献计量学分析我国失语症语言护理研究现状及其存在问题，为今后失语症患者语言护理工作提供参考。方法 通过检索2013年1月~2018年10月万方数据库、中国知网（CNKI）、维普（VIP）期刊对国内近6年失语症语言护理的文献进行计量学分析，分别统计并分析失语症语言护理相关文献的数量、来源期刊、统计源期刊数量、文献类型及失语症语言评价。结果 国内发表的失语症语言护理相关期刊文献共118篇，其中2013年15篇、2014年10篇、2015年25篇、2016年25篇、2017年22篇及2018年21篇。有79.66%为实验类研究文献，10.17%为护理体会/经验类文献，10.17%为综述文献。共分布于66种中文期刊，仅包含10种统计源期刊，有23篇文献为统计源期刊。失语症语言功能评价量表主要包括有波士顿诊断性失语症检查量表（BDAE）23篇、汉语标准失语症检查表（CRRCAE）21篇、汉语失语症评定量表（ABC）6篇、西方失语症成套测验（WAB）2篇。结论 护理人员对于失语症护理关注度不高，同时对于失语症护理知识缺乏、对于失语症语言各类评估量表普及率不高或者对其准确使用存在欠缺。失语症作为脑卒中后常常出现的后遗症之一，给患者生活质量带来巨大的影响，相关护理人员应加强对失语症护理的重视，同时相关科室可以增加在这方面的学习，使护理工作更加专业化，为患者提供更全面的护理。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To analyze the status quo and problems of aphasia language nursing research in China by using bibliometrics, and provide reference for language nursing work of aphasia patients in the future. Methods The data of the language nursing of aphasia in China for nearly 6 years were analyzed by Wanfang database from January 2013 to October 2018, China Knowledge Network (CNKI) and VIP (VIP) journals. Statistics and analysis of aphasia were performed. Number of literature related to language care, source journals, number of journals in statistical sources, type of literature, and language evaluation of aphasia. Results There are 118 journals related to aphasia language care published in China, including 15 articles in 2013, 10 in 2014, 25 in 2015, 25 in 2016, 22 in 2017 and 21 in 2018. 79.66% were experimental research literatures, 10.17% were nursing experience/experience literature, and 10.17% were review literatures. It is distributed in 66 Chinese journals, including only 10 statistical source journals, and 23 literatures are statistical source journals. The aphasia language function evaluation scale mainly includes 23 Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination Scale (BDAE), Chinese Standard Aphasia Checklist (CRRCAE) 21, Chinese Aphasia Rating Scale (ABC) 6,2 Western Aphasia Tests (WAB). Conclusion Nursing staff pay little attention to aphasia care, lack of knowledge about aphasia care, lack of high penetration rate of aphasia language assessment scales or lack of accurate use. As one of the sequelae that often occurs after stroke, aphasia has a huge impact on the quality of life of patients. Relevant nursing staff should strengthen the emphasis on aphasia care, and relevant departments can increase their learning in this area, making nursing more specialized to provide patients with more comprehensive care.
