摘要:
随着新医改政策对互联网+智慧医疗的不断推进，目前医疗信息系统还存在很多不足，已不能够满足精细化医疗管理的发展需求，如何基于现有的信息系统，搭建医院自己的医疗云服务平台，挖掘出具有价值的医疗云数据，提升医疗效率和质量，规范医疗流程，是精细化医疗管理中的重要模块，同时为医院管理者的决策、医疗质量与效率、患者就医方式及医联体等发展提供了科学、全面、可靠的保障。
Abstract:
With the new medical reform policy on the Internet + smart medical care, the current medical information system still has many shortcomings, can not meet the development needs of refined medical management, how to build a hospital's own medical cloud service based on the existing information system Platform, mining valuable medical cloud data, improving medical efficiency and quality, and standardizing medical procedures are important modules in refined medical management. At the same time, it is the decision-making of hospital administrators, medical quality and efficiency, patient medical treatment and medical treatment. Developments such as the United Nations provide scientific, comprehensive and reliable guarantees.
