摘要:
我国已经跨入智慧医疗时代,科技发展在医学技术应用、医疗资源配置、医生诊疗过程及患者治疗和预后评估中均展现出了强大的功能和旺盛的生命力,但也暴露出信息共享局限、隐私泄露、医生联网执业质量管控、患者就医习惯改变、处方药线上供应途径艰难等问题。本文就强化科学技术与医疗服务的融合以及提高行业的服务质量,解决因智慧医疗、智慧门诊产生的技术难题以及医患人员相关的问题作出相关调研和思考,以南京脑科医院智慧门诊现状为例,探讨智慧门诊服务现状与发展策略。
Abstract:
China has entered the era of smart medical care. The development of science and technology has shown powerful functions and vigorous vitality in the application of medical technology, medical resource allocation, doctor’s diagnosis and treatment process, patient treatment and prognosis evaluation, but also exposed the limitations of information sharing,privacy leakage, quality control of doctors’ online practice, changes in patients’ medical habits, and difficulties in online supply of prescription drugs. This article makes relevant investigations and reflections on strengthening the integration of science and technology and medical services, improving the service quality of the industry, solving technical problems caused by smart medical care, smart clinics, and doctor-patient-related problems, taking the current status of smart clinics in Nanjing Brain Hospital as an example to discuss the current situation and development strategies of smart outpatient services.
