摘要:
目的 分析重庆市巫山县死亡原因监测数据,以期反映该地区的居民健康状况、分析当地居民的主要卫生问题,从而为政府保障公民健康决策提供科学依据。方法 统计2017年重庆市巫山县居民死亡及人口监测资料,按国际疾病分类法ICD-10标准进行分类,用2000年全国人口构成进行标化率计算,进一步计算各种死亡疾病的减寿率。结果 2017年巫山县死因顺位前5位为呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病、伤害,死亡率分别为215.66/10万,154.88/10万,120.27/10万,89.98/10万,74.84/10万。这5类死因引起的死亡人数占总死亡人数的86.40%。减寿分析表明,肿瘤、心脑血管、慢性呼吸系统疾病、糖尿病4大慢性病是影响巫山县居民人群寿命上升的四大主要疾病。结论 慢性非传染性疾病已经是导致我县人群死亡的主要疾病,进一步加强慢性非传染性疾病的防控已经是迫在眉睫。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the death cause monitoring data of Wushan County, Chongqing, in order to reflect the health status of residents in a region and analyze the main health problems of local residents, so as to provide a scientific basis for the government to guarantee citizens' health decision-making. Methods The data of death and population monitoring of residents in Wushan County of Chongqing in 2017 were collected, classified according to the ICD-10 standard of the International Classification of Diseases, and the standardization rate of the national population in 2000 was used to calculate the life reduction rate of various death diseases. Results In 2017, the top 5 causes of death in Wushan County were respiratory diseases, tumors, cerebrovascular diseases, heart disease and injuries. The mortality rates were 215.66/100000, 154.88/100000, 120.27/100000, 89.98/100000,74.84/100000. The death toll from these 5 types of deaths accounted for 86.40% of the total death toll. Life reduction analysis showed that the four major chronic diseases of cancer, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, chronic respiratory diseases and diabetes were the 4 major diseases affecting the life expectancy of residents in Wushan County. Conclusion Chronic non-communicable diseases have become the main cause of death in our county population. It is extremely urgent to further strengthen the prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases.
