摘要:
三维适形调强放射治疗(3DCRT-IMRT)、立体定向放射治疗(SRS-SBRT)等现代放射治疗技术已经成为放射治疗的主流,精准勾画靶区范围成为治疗的基础和关键,单纯依靠定位CT图像已经不能满足精准放射治疗的需要。医学图像融合技术特别是定位CT融合磁共振图像、定位CT融合PET/CT图像的发展促进了精准放射治疗的发展,而定位CT和MRI弥散加权序列融合,因其功能影像的优点以及价格低廉,易于推广,有望为现代放射治疗提供新的研究视角。本文综述图像融合在现代放疗技术中的应用进展及不同医学影像融合技术在放射治疗中的作用。
Abstract:
Modern radiotherapy techniques such as three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy (3DCRT-IMRT) and stereotactic radiotherapy (SRS-SBRT) have become the mainstream of radiation therapy. Accurately delineating the target range has become the basis and key to treatment. The image is no longer sufficient for precise radiotherapy. The development of medical image fusion technology, especially the positioning of CT fusion magnetic resonance images and localized CT fusion PET/CT images, has promoted the development of precision radiotherapy, while the localization of CT and MRI diffusion-weighted sequence fusion, due to the advantages of its functional image and low price, easy to promote, it is expected to provide a new research perspective for modern radiation therapy. This article reviews the application of image fusion in modern radiotherapy technology and the role of different medical image fusion techniques in radiation therapy.
