摘要:
目的 评价使用线性蠕动机制输液泵输血的安全性。方法 计算机检索Cochrane library、PubMed、Elsevier数据库、OVID、Web of Science、CBM、CNKI及WanFang数据库,收集建库至2019年3月国内外报道的有关使用线性蠕动机制输液泵输血的类实验性研究,采用RevMan 5.3软件分析输注后血清钾离子浓度及游离血红蛋白含量。结果 共纳入6个类实验性研究,合计样本283例。Meta分析显示,输注后试验组血清钾离子浓度高于对照组(SMD=0.26,95%CI:0.02~0.49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清游离血红蛋白含量比较(SMD=-0.08,95%CI:-0.31~0.15),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 线性蠕动机制的输液泵输注库存会增加输注后的血液样本中的钾离子浓度,但不会增加输注后的血液样本中的血清游离血红蛋白,建议在引进新的线性蠕动机制输液泵或输液系统时,应确定其体外输血的安全性后再用于临床患者的体内输血。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the safety of transfusion pump using linear peristaltic mechanism.Methods The computer searched the Cochrane library, PubMed, Elsevier database, OVID, Web of Science, CBM, CNKI, and WanFang databases, and collected the experimental studies on the use of linear peristaltic infusion pumps for blood transfusion reported at home and abroad until March 2019. RevMan 5.3 software was used to analyze serum potassium concentration and free hemoglobin content after infusion.Results A total of 6 types of experimental studies were included, with a total of 283 samples. Meta analysis showed that the serum potassium concentration in the test group after infusion was higher than that in the control group (SMD=0.26, 95%CI: 0.02~0.49), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the serum free hemoglobin content of the two groups was compared(SMD=-0.08, 95%CI: -0.31~0.15), the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The linear peristaltic mechanism infusion pump infusion inventory will increase the potassium ion concentration in the blood sample after infusion, but it will not increase the serum free hemoglobin in the blood sample after infusion. It is recommended to introduce a new linear peristaltic mechanism infusion pump or infusion system, the safety of its in vitro blood transfusion should be determined before it is used for in vivo transfusion of clinical patients.
