摘要:
哺乳动物卵母细胞主要参与动物繁殖活动,其体外成熟技术也是体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的关键。卵母细胞从胚胎期至青春期前始终维持停滞状态,直到青春期减数分裂恢复,随后卵母细胞成熟。在此期间,表皮生长因子、马绒毛膜促性腺激素、人绒毛膜促性腺激素、环磷酸腺苷、成熟促进因子及卵泡液等因子均参与卵母细胞成熟的调控。本文主要分析上述6种因子对卵母细胞成熟调控的影响,旨在完善卵母细胞成熟的相关理论机制,为卵母细胞体外成熟培养体系提供参考。
Abstract:
Mammalian oocytes are mainly involved in animal reproduction activities, and their in vitro maturation technology is also the key to in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Oocytes remain stagnant from embryonic stage to pre-pubertal period, until meiosis in puberty recovers, and then the oocyte matures. During this period, factors such as epidermal growth factor, horse chorionic gonadotropin, human chorionic gonadotropin, cyclic adenosine monophosphate, maturation promoting factor, and follicular fluid are involved in the regulation of oocyte maturation. This article mainly analyzes the influence of the above six factors on the regulation of oocyte maturation, and aims to perfect the relevant theoretical mechanism of oocyte maturation, and provide a reference for the in vitro maturation culture system of oocytes.
