摘要:
脑卒中后本体感觉障碍是常见的一种不能感知躯干肢体运动和位置造成运动控制、协调、平衡以及姿势等的功能障碍,主要表现为不能翻身、站立、行走等。脑卒中后本体感觉障碍康复难度较大,目前患者的康复治疗以改善患者临床症状和预后为主。本文就脑卒中后本体感觉障碍康复治疗研究进行综述,以期为脑卒中后本体感觉障碍患者的康复治疗提供新的治疗方向奠定基础。
Abstract:
Proprioceptive disorder after stroke is a common obstacle, because the inability to perceive the movement and position of the trunk limbs causes obstacles such as movement control, coordination, balance, and posture, which are mainly manifested as inability to turn over, stand, and walk. It is difficult to recover from proprioceptive disorder after stroke. The current rehabilitation treatment of patients is mainly carried out with the main goal of improving the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients. This article reviews the research on rehabilitation treatment of proprioception disorder after stroke, in order to lay the foundation for the rehabilitation of patients with proprioception disorder after stroke.
