摘要:
儿科是临床中最容易与家属产生分歧，出现医患矛盾科室之一，年轻儿科医生更需加强医患沟通能力。本文应用“乔哈里视窗”及“冰山原则”理论，从全新的角度审视医患沟通的全程，反思沟通中可能出现问题的关键节点；以提高患儿诊治效果为共同目标，增强医患理解与信任，增进积极有效的医患沟通，获取最大限度的有效信息，以期为能使患儿和家属配合诊疗，从而降低或消除医疗纠纷的发生提供理论参考。
Abstract:
Pediatrics is one of the most prone to disagreements with family members in the clinic, and there are conflicts between doctors and patients. Young pediatricians need to strengthen doctor-patient communication skills. This article applies the theory of "Johari window" and "Iceberg principle" to examine the whole process of doctor-patient communication from a new perspective, and reflect on the key nodes of possible problems in the communication; with the common goal of improving the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment of children,enhance understanding and trust between doctors and patients, promote active and effective doctor-patient communication, and obtain maximum effective information, in order to provide theoretical references for children and their families to cooperate in diagnosis and treatment, thereby reducing or eliminating medical disputes.
