摘要:
目的 探究基于快速康复外科理念的围手术期护理在髋关节置换术中的应用效果，为临床护师选择合理护理方案提供参考。方法 选取2018年1月~2019年6月在锦州市义县人民医院接受髋关节置换术治疗的78例患者为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组，每组39例。对照组给予常规护理，试验组采用基于快速康复外科理念的围手术期护理措施，比较两组髋关节恢复情况和并发症发生率。结果 试验组Harris评分优良率为89.74%，高于对照组的69.23%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组下肢深静脉血栓、尿路感染和假体脱位发生率分别为5.13%、2.56%、0，低于对照组的20.51%、15.38%、10.26%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对髋关节置换术患者，基于快速康复外科理念的围手术期护理干预有利于关节功能恢复，减少并发症的发生率，建议在临床护理工作中加应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in hip replacement surgery, and provide reference for clinical nurses to choose reasonable nursing plan.Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent hip arthroplasty at Yixian People’s Hospital in Jinzhou City from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the experimental group used perioperative nursing measures based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery to compare the recovery of the hip joint and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The Harris score in the experimental group was 89.74%, which was higher than 69.23% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The incidence of deep vein thrombosis, urinary tract infection and prosthesis dislocation in the experimental group were 5.13%,2.56%, 0,respectively which were lower than 20.51%, 15.38%, 10.26% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing hip replacement surgery, perioperative nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery was beneficial to the recovery of joint function and reduces the incidence of complications. It was recommended to be applied in clinical nursing work.
