摘要:
心导管术被广泛应用于各种先天性心脏病术前诊断及介入治疗、经静脉人工心脏起搏及冠状动脉造影中，是一种重要的检查操作，准确分类后再进行ICD编码能准确、全面的反映实际的手术过程及手术水平。本文结合相关临床知识和手术实例，分析不同临床应用下心导管术的编码规则，旨在帮助编码员理清心导管术编码思路，确保心导管术能被准确分类，实现精准编码。
Abstract:
Cardiac catheterization is widely used in preoperative diagnosis and interventional treatment of various congenital heart diseases, transvenous artificial heart pacing and coronary angiography. It is an important inspection operation. After accurate classification, ICD coding can be accurate, It fully reflects the actual surgical process and surgical level. This article combines relevant clinical knowledge and surgical examples to analyze the coding rules of cardiac catheterization in different clinical applications, and aims to help coders clarify the coding ideas of cardiac catheterization, ensure that cardiac catheterization can be accurately classified and achieve precise coding.
