摘要:
造血干细胞移植是目前治疗恶性血液病、骨髓衰竭性疾病、部分先天性及代谢性疾病的有效乃至根治的唯一方法。本文参考国际疾病分类ICD-9-CM-3分类原则，结合造血干细胞移植的临床知识及实际案例，探讨造血干细胞移植术的编码思路及查找方法，旨在分析不同分类的造血干细胞移植术编码原则，从而实现精准编码。
Abstract:
Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is currently the only effective and even radical cure for malignant hematological diseases, bone marrow failure diseases, some congenital and metabolic diseases. This article refers to the ICD-9-CM-3 classification principles of the International Classification of Diseases, combined with clinical knowledge and actual cases of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, to discuss the coding ideas and search methods of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, aiming to analyze the coding principles of different classifications of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,so as to achieve precise coding.
