摘要:
目的 研究CGA护理模式对老年冠心病患者心脏与护理不良事件的影响。方法 选取2018年2月~2019年2月在我院治疗的110例老年冠心病患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各55例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予CGA护理模式，比较两组心脏不良事件（心绞痛、急性心肌梗死、心力衰竭恶化、心源性死亡、心律失常恶化）发生率、护理不良事件（跌倒、体位性低血压、用药错误、意外拔管）发生率以及生活质量评分。结果 观察组心脏不良事件发生率及护理不良事件发生率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对老年冠心病患者实施CGA护理模式，可有效降低心脏与护理不良事件发生率，改善患者生活质量，对患者的康复具有积极的促进作用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the influence of CGA nursing model on the heart and nursing adverse events in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given CGA nursing mode. The two groups were compared with the incidence of adverse cardiac events (angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction, worsening heart failure, cardiac death, worsening arrhythmia), adverse nursing events (falls, postural the incidence of hypotension, medication errors, accidental extubation) and quality of life score. Results The incidence of adverse cardiac events and adverse nursing events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05); the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of CGA nursing model for elderly patients with coronary heart disease could effectively reduce the incidence of adverse heart and nursing events, improve the quality of life of patients, and had a positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients.
