摘要:
间质性肺疾病(ILD)包括多种呼吸系统疾病,确诊需要的病理组织量大,临床诊断较为困难。近年来,经支气管冷冻肺活检(TBLC)技术开始应用于ILD的诊断,其优势在于组织量相对常规经支气管肺活检(TBLB)多,并发症发生率低于外科肺活检(SLB),且多数情况下TBLC能满足临床诊断的需求。本文主要对TBLC在ILD诊断中的优势与缺陷及当前研究热点进行综述,旨在为临床诊断ILD提供参考。
Abstract:
Interstitial lung disease (ILD) includes a variety of respiratory diseases. The diagnosis requires a large amount of pathological tissue, and clinical diagnosis is difficult. In recent years, transbronchial frozen lung biopsy (TBLC) technology has begun to be used in the diagnosis of ILD. Its advantages are that the amount of tissue is more than that of conventional transbronchial lung biopsy (TBLB), and the complication rate is lower than that of surgical lung biopsy (SLB). Under circumstances, TBLC can meet the needs of clinical diagnosis. This article mainly reviews the advantages and disadvantages of TBLC in the diagnosis of ILD and current research hotspots, aiming to provide references for clinical diagnosis of ILD.
