目的 分析南方某部2009~2018年呼吸道传染病发病情况,以期为基层部队呼吸道传染病防控提供参考。方法 选取2009~2018年南方某部队医院住院患者264例,并运用数理统计工具和描述性流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果 2009~2018年共报道呼吸道传染病7种264例,以流行性感冒为主的呼吸道传染病发病逐年降低趋势,共发生流感疫情4起。流行性感冒除4、5份月外,均有发病,病例主要集中于1~3月份及9~12月份;肺结核常年发病,无明显季节性;水痘发病集中在1~5月份;麻疹、流行性腮腺炎、腺病毒、猩红热发病少,基本集中于2~6月份。发病人群均为男性,其中战士发病252例,占95.45%;干部发病12例,占4.55%。17~30岁最多,共251例,占95.08%。结论 该部呼吸道传染病呈整体下降趋势,但根据当前传染病流行态势,在加强原有呼吸道传染病的防控基础上,应警惕新发呼吸道传染病的发生。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the incidence of respiratory infectious diseases in a certain southern unit from 2009 to 2018, in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases in grassroots troops.Methods A total of 264 inpatients from a military hospital in southern China from 2009 to 2018 were selected, and mathematical statistical tools and descriptive epidemiological methods were used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 264 cases of 7 types of respiratory infectious diseases were reported from 2009 to 2018. The incidence of respiratory infectious diseases, mainly influenza, was decreasing year by year, and 4 influenza outbreaks occurred. Influenza occurred in April and May, and the cases were mainly concentrated in January to March and September to December; tuberculosis occurred all the year round without obvious seasonality; the incidence of chickenpox was concentrated in January to May; measles, epidemic incidewnce of mumps, adenovirus, and scarlet fever were rare, and they were basically concentrated in February to June. The affected population were all males, among which 252 cases were in soldiers, accounting for 95.45%; 12 cases were in cadres, accounting for 4.55%. 17-30 years old were the most, with a total of 251 cases, accounting for 95.08%.Conclusion The respiratory tract infectious diseases in this part were on an overall downward trend, but according to the current epidemic situation of infectious diseases, on the basis of strengthening the prevention and control of the original respiratory infectious diseases, we should be alert to the occurrence of new respiratory infectious diseases.
