摘要:
本文在总结常见呼吸道传染病流行特点和临床症状的基础上,梳理出以发热为主要症状的疾病并对比常见体温筛查工具的优缺点,提出在突发公共卫生事件中体温筛查时应根据筛查人群和场景选择合适的体温筛查工具,总结智能手环的应用特点和优势,以期为重大公共卫生事件的防控管理提供帮助。
Abstract:
Based on the summary of the epidemic characteristics and clinical symptoms of common respiratory infectious diseases, this article sorts out the diseases with fever as the main symptom and compares the advantages and disadvantages of common temperature screening tools. It is proposed that when the temperature screening is initiated for a public health emergency, a suitable temperature screening tool should be selected according to the screening population and scene. At the same time, in view of the current severe situation of overseas input, it is recommended to choose an intelligent temperature measurement bracelet for the centralized medical observation crowd to improve the accuracy and efficiency of monitoring.
