摘要:
原发性肝癌发病率、死亡率居恶性肿瘤前列,近年来多学科综合治理和个性化治疗虽使患者5年生存率有所提高,但因其早期不易诊断且易转移、易复发的特点,仍严重威胁着人类生命健康。外泌体是一种能够的在细胞间进行物质交换和信息交流的胞外囊泡,通过促进新血管形成、抑制免疫细胞功能、改变肿瘤微环境等机制作用于肝癌的发生、发展过程。近年研究发现,外泌体可成为新的肿瘤标志物,且有望成为优良的药物载体和肝癌治疗的新靶点。本文主要就外泌体在肝癌的诊断、发生发展以及治疗中的作用进行综述,旨在为肝癌的诊断和治疗提供新的思路。
Abstract:
The incidence and mortality of primary liver cancer rank among the top of malignant tumors. In recent years, multidisciplinary comprehensive management and personalized treatment have improved the 5-year survival rate of patients, but due to its characteristics of early diagnosis, metastasis, and recurrence, It remains a serious threat to human life and health. Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that can exchange materials and information between cells. They play a role in the occurrence and development of liver cancer by promoting the formation of new blood vessels, inhibiting immune cell function, and changing the tumor microenvironment. It found, exosomes may be a new tumor marker, and is expected to be an excellent target for new pharmaceutical carriers and treatment of liver cancer. This article will summarize the role of exosomes in the diagnosis, development and treatment of liver cancer, and provide new research and clinical ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.
