摘要:
宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一，在偏远地区及落后地区发病率较高，HPV疫苗接种是其主要的预防措施。液基薄层细胞检测（TCT）、人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）检测及阴道镜下宫颈病理活检是其常用的检查方法，有利于及时发现癌前病变及宫颈癌。对于已经确诊的宫颈癌患者，临床治疗主要采用以手术治疗、放射治疗为主，化疗为辅的综合性疗法，具体的治疗方式主要根据患者的肿瘤分期决定。本文现就宫颈癌的预防方法以及诊治现状作一综述。
Abstract:
Cervical cancer is one of the common gynecological malignancies, with a high incidence in remote and backward areas. HPV vaccination is its main preventive measure. Liquid-based thin-layer cell detection (TCT), human papillomavirus (HPV) detection, and colposcopy cervical pathological biopsy are commonly used examination methods, which are conducive to timely detection of precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.For patients with diagnosed cervical cancer, the clinical treatment mainly adopts comprehensive treatment with surgery and radiotherapy as the mainstay, and chemotherapy as a supplement. The specific treatment method is mainly determined according to the patient’s tumor stage.This article now reviews the prevention methods, diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
