摘要:
随着我国人口老龄化进程的不断发展，老年肝衰竭的发病率在逐渐增加。老年肝衰竭因其特殊的生理特点，且合并多种慢性基础疾病，临床表现多样，预后凶险，是临床上亟待解决的难题。本文通过综述老年肝衰竭流行病学、临床特点、组织学改变及治疗措施，并分析其预后，旨在为该疾病的诊治及改善其预后提供参考。
Abstract:
With the continuous development of my country’s population aging process, the incidence of liver failure in the elderly is gradually increasing.Due to its special physiological characteristics, combined with a variety of chronic underlying diseases, senile liver failure, diverse clinical manifestations, and dangerous prognosis are clinical problems that need to be resolved urgently.This article reviews the epidemiology, clinical features, histological changes and treatment measures of elderly liver failure, and analyzes its prognosis, aiming to provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease and improving its prognosis.
