摘要:
目的 研究趣味教学法在心电图教学中的应用有效性。方法 选取2018年10月~2020年10月我院心内科实习的116名毕业生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各58名。对照组实施传统教学讲授法,观察组实施趣味教学法,比较两组学生心电图理论考核成绩、心电图检查操作成绩、教学方法满意度、学习积极性、每天主动学习时间以及趣味教学应用效果。结果 观察组每天实习生心电图理论考核成绩、检查操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生教学方法满意度为94.83%,高于对照组的84.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学习积极性为100.00%,高于对照组的87.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组主动学习时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在激发学习兴趣、提高临床应用能力、理论联系实际、理解和记忆、思考和分析以及解决问题能力方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 趣味教学法在心电图教学中的应用效果确切,可提高实习生心电图相关理论知识和操作能力,提高学习积极性,增加主动学习时间、激发学习兴趣,且可提高实习生教学满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effectiveness of interesting teaching method in ECG teaching.Methods A total of 116 graduates from the cardiology department of our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 58 students in each group.The control group implemented the traditional teaching method, and the observation group implemented the interesting teaching method. The two groups of students were compared with the scores of the ECG theory assessment, the performance of the ECG examination, the satisfaction of the teaching method, the learning enthusiasm, the daily active learning time and the application effect of the interesting teaching.Results The observation group’s daily interns’ electrocardiogram theory assessment and examination performance were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The teaching method satisfaction of interns in the observation group was 94.83%, which was higher than 84.48% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The study enthusiasm of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 87.93% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The active learning time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The observation group was better than the control group in stimulating learning interest, improving clinical application ability, integrating theory with practice, understanding and memory, thinking and analysis, and problem-solving ability,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of fun teaching method in ECG teaching is accurate. It can improve the theoretical knowledge and operation ability of ECG of interns, improve learning enthusiasm, increase active learning time, stimulate learning interest, and improve the teaching satisfaction of interns.
