摘要:
儿童序贯器官功能障碍(pSOFA)评分在儿童脓毒症诊断及预后评估中具有重要意义,近年来被推荐使用,但其仍存在广泛争议。感染是脓毒症发生发展的本质,而pSOFA评分中缺乏感染相关生物标志物指标将会降低儿童脓毒症诊断的特异性,不利于脓毒症的准确评估,是目前的主要争议点之一。儿童脓毒症感染以细菌多见,降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、可溶性CD14片段(Presepsin)等生物标志物在儿童脓毒症细菌感染的诊断及严重程度评估中具有重要作用。本文就感染相关生物标志物联合pSOFA评分在儿童脓毒症诊断及预后评估中的应用研究进行综述。
Abstract:
The Sequential Organ Dysfunction (pSOFA) score in children is of great significance in the diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of sepsis in children. It has been recommended for use in recent years, but it is still widely controversial.Infection is the essence of the occurrence and development of sepsis, and the lack of infection-related biomarker indicators in the pSOFA score will reduce the specificity of the diagnosis of sepsis in children, which is not conducive to the accurate assessment of sepsis. It is one of the main controversies at present.Children’s sepsis infection is more common with bacteria. Biomarkers such as procalcitonin (PCT), C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin 6 (IL-6), and soluble CD14 fragment (Presepsin) are more common in children’s sepsis. It plays an important role in the diagnosis and severity assessment of bacterial infections.This article reviews the application research of infection-related biomarkers combined with pSOFA score in the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of sepsis in children.
