摘要:
目的 探讨重复经颅刺激治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的效果及对认知功能的影响。方法 收集2019年1月~2020年5月我院收治的脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组38例。参照组予以认知康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,比较两组ADL评分、NIHSS评分、MoCA评分、血浆CRP和Fib含量。结果研究组治疗后ADL评分、MoCA各维度评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.5)。研究组血浆CRP和Fib含量低于对照组[(5.99±2.11)mg/L vs(8.11±2.33)mg/L、(2.45±0.66)g/L vs(3.99±0.77)g/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.5)。结论 重复经颅磁刺激能有效改善脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者记忆力、执行力等认知功能,还能提高患者的日常生活能力,降低血浆CRP和Fib含量。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of repeated transcranial stimulation on cognitive dysfunction after stroke and its influence on cognitive function.Methods A total of 76 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were collected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, with 38 cases in each group.The reference group was given cognitive rehabilitation training, and the studygroup was combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.The ADL score, NIHSS score, MoCA score, plasma CRP and Fib levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the ADL score and MoCA scores of the study group were higher than the control group, and the NIHSS score was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.5).The plasma CRP and Fib levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group[(5.99±2.11)mg/L vs (8.11±2.33)mg/L, (2.45±0.66)g/L vs (3.99±0.77)g/L], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.5).Conclusion Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation can effectively improve the cognitive functions such as memory and executive ability of patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke. It can also improve the patients’ ability of daily living and reduce plasma CRP and Fib levels.
