摘要:
胸段硬膜外麻醉是临床常用的麻醉方式,可为手术提供麻醉和镇痛。大量临床研究显示,胸段硬膜外麻醉可提供术中和术后镇痛、减轻麻醉应激反应、缩短麻醉后苏醒时间,且对感觉神经、运动神经影响较小。目前,胸段硬膜外麻醉被广泛应用于心脏、大血管、胸部和腹部手术中。不同麻醉方式、麻醉药物可能对细胞因子平衡产生不同影响,引起不同程度应激反应,进一步影响机体内环境稳定。因此,胸段硬膜外麻醉在临床的应用备受重视。本文对近几年胸段硬膜外麻醉临床应用研究作一综述,以期为围术期患者提供良好的镇痛和麻醉奠定基础。
Abstract:
Thoracic epidural anesthesia is a commonly used clinical anesthesia, which can provide anesthesia and analgesia for surgery.A large number of clinical studies have shown that thoracic epidural anesthesia can provide intraoperative and postoperative analgesia, reduce the anesthetic stress response, shorten the recovery time after anesthesia, and have little effect on sensory nerves and motor nerves.At present, thoracic epidural anesthesia is widely used in heart, great vessel, chest and abdominal surgery.Different anesthesia methods and drugs may have different effects on the balance of cytokines, causing different levels of stress responses, and further affecting the stability of the operating environment in vivo.Therefore, the clinical application of thoracic epidural anesthesia has received much attention.This article reviews the clinical application of thoracic epidural anesthesia in recent years, in order to lay the foundation for providing good analgesia and anesthesia during the perioperative period.
