摘要:
目的 探讨北京市顺义区育龄妇女健康素养水平及影响因素，为今后开展健康素养提升行动提供工作依据。方法 利用2019年7月~9月北京市顺义区居民健康素养监测中15~49岁育龄妇女作为研究对象，共计1379名。调查内容主要包括包括健康知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为和基本技能。结果 育龄妇女健康素养水平为44.09%。基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能素养水平分别为58.59%、38.94%和47.14%；多因素Logistic回归分析发现受教育程度和家庭年收入是影响育龄妇女健康素养水平的主要因素（P＜0.05）；高中/中专/中专、大专及以上文化程度育龄妇女具备健康素养的可能性分别是初中及以下育龄妇女的1.852倍（95%CI：1.224~2.801）、4.297倍（95%CI：2.870~6.433）；与家庭年收入≤19,999元相比，家庭年收入为50,000~100,000及≥100,000元的育龄妇女健康素养水平较高，OR值分别为1.794（95%CI：1.113~2.893）和2.484（95%CI：1.551~3.979）。结论 顺义区育龄妇女健康素养水平高于全国水平，但总人群健康素养水平仍较低，有针对性的加大对受教育程度较低者及低收入家庭育龄妇女等特定群体开展健康教育与健康促进工作。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the health literacy level and influencing factors of women of childbearing age in Shunyi District, Beijing, and provide a working basis for future health literacy improvement actions.Methods From July to September 2019, women of childbearing age between 15 and 49 years old from the health literacy monitoring of residents in Shunyi District, Beijing, were used as the research subjects, with a total of 1379 women.The contents of the survey mainly include health knowledge and concepts, healthy lifestyles and behaviors, and basic skills.Results The health literacy level of women of childbearing age was 44.09%. Basic knowledge and concepts, healthy lifestyles and behaviors, and basic skills literacy levels were 58.59%, 38.94% and 47.14% respectively;Multivariate Logistic regression analysis found that education level and annual family income were the main factors affecting the health literacy level of women of childbearing age (P＜0.05);Women of childbearing age with high school/secondary school/technical school, junior college and above were 1.852 times more likely to have health literacy than women of childbearing age at junior high school and below (95%CI: 1.224-2.801),4.297 times (95%CI: 2.870-6.433);Compared with the family’s annual income of ≤19,999 yuan, women of childbearing age with a family’s annual income of 50,000-100,000 and ≥100,000 yuan had a higher level of health literacy.The OR values were 1.794 (95%CI: 1.113-2.893) and 2.484 (95%CI: 1.551-3.979).Conclusion The health literacy level of women of childbearing age in Shunyi District is higher than that of the national level, but the health literacy level of the general population is still low. Targeted increase in health education and health for specific groups such as those with lower levels of education and women of childbearing age from low-income families Promote work.
