摘要:
目的 了解动车组司机的健康素养水平与生活方式，分析不良生活方式与健康素养的关系，为有针对性的提升动车组司机的健康状况提供依据。方法 采用整群抽样的方法，对979名动车组司机进行问卷调查，调查内容主要包括一般人口学特征、行为生活方式、健康素养等。结果 979名动车组司机具备健康素养者占15.93%，吸烟率为43.92%，饮酒率为53.32%，有嗜盐饮食习惯者占23.39%，经常运动者占14.10%。二元Logistics回归分析显示，动车组司机健康素养得分每增加1分，吸烟行为减少1.20%（OR=0.988，95%CI=0.980~0.997），饮酒行为减少1.00%（OR=0.990，95%CI=0.981~0.998），嗜盐饮食习惯减少3.10%（OR=0.970，95%CI=0.961~0.979），运动行为增加1.30%（OR=1.012，95%CI=1.002~1.023）。同时，吸烟行为还受文化程度、工龄的影响，饮酒行为受工龄的影响，运动习惯受婚姻状况、工龄的影响（P＜0.05）。结论 动车组司机的健康素养水平与生活方式一致，健康素养水平的提升能改善动车组司机的生活方式。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the health literacy level and lifestyle of EMU drivers, and analyze the relationship between unhealthy lifestyle and health literacy, so as to provide a basis for improving the health status of EMU drivers.Methods Using cluster sampling method, 979 EMU drivers were investigated by questionnaire, which mainly included general demographic characteristics,behavior and lifestyle, health literacy, etc.Results Among 979 EMU drivers, 15.93% had health literacy, and the smoking rate was 43.92 %, drinking rate was 53.32 %, salty eating habits accounted for 23.39%, regular exercise accounted for 14.10%. Binary Logistics regression analysis showed that for every 1 score increase in the health literacy score of EMU drivers, smoking behavior decreased by 1.20%(OR=0.988, 95%CI=0.980-0.997), drinking behavior decreased by 1.00%(OR=0.990, 95%CI=0.981-0.998), salty eating habits decreased by 3.10%(OR=0.970, 95%CI=0.961-0.979), and exercise behavior increased by 1.30%(OR=1.012, 95%CI=1.002-1.023). At the same time, smoking behavior was also affected by education level and length of service, drinking behavior was affected by length of service, and exercise habits were affected by marital status and length of service (P<0.05).Conclusion The health literacy level of EMU drivers is consistent with the lifestyle, and the improvement of health literacy level can improve the lifestyle of EMU drivers.
