摘要:
目的 观察枳术宽中胶囊联合质子泵抑制剂及氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病的临床疗效，以及对患者焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法 选取2018年10月~2020年6月在我院消化内科就诊的伴有焦虑及抑郁状态的非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者120例作为研究对象，按照数字表法随机分为观察组（58例）和对照组（62例）；对照组采用埃索美拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用枳术宽中胶囊治疗，比较两组临床症状积分、焦虑抑郁状态评分及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组GerdQ评分、HAMA及HAMD积分均降低，且观察组评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 枳术宽中胶囊联合质子泵抑制剂及氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片能更好的改善非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者临床症状，缓解其焦虑抑郁状态，且不良反应少，安全性良好。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhizhu Kuanzhong Jiaonang combined with proton pump inhibitor and flupentixol and melitroxin tablets in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease, as well as the effect on patients’ anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 120 patients with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease accompanied by anxiety and depression who attended the Gastroenterology Department of our hospital from October 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the number table method, they were randomly divided into observation group(58 cases) and control group(62 cases);The control group was treated with esomeprazole combined with flupentixol and melitroxine tablets, and the observation group was treated with Zhizhu Kuanzhong Jiaonang on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom scores, anxiety and depression status scores and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The GerdQ score, HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups decreased, and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Zhizhu Kuanzhong Jiaonang combined with proton pump inhibitor and flupentixol and melitroxine tablets can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.It relieves his anxiety and depression state, and has few adverse reactions and good safety.
